Been a top producing realtor in the Baltimore area for 23 years. When asked for a plumber rec, without hesitation, I tell them to use Hardy Plumbing. These same friends and clients remain using them as their “go to” plumbers. I called them this morning for my house in Christmas Eve. They came right out. Not only did they expertly make the quick repair but probably under charged me. They are local, family owned and truly the very best!
I got Hardy Plumbing to install a new water heater. They did a great job. The tech took the time at the end of the job to explain all the preventative maintenance things to do to extend the life of the tank. Highly recommended.

This recommendation is is so glowing it’s going to sound like they paid me, but they didn’t! This is the second time I’ve used Hardy plumbing and both times I’ve found them to be knowledgeable, gracious, and very affordable. Great work at a reasonable price, and they cleaned up after. Not one issue to report. A team of three worked on my repairs for a full day and it didn’t break the bank.
Happened to look for a local plumber urgently this morning and found great reviews for Hardy. Gave them a call, they were out to fix the problem in an hour! Found you all at the last minute as we headed into the Thanksgiving holiday and one bathroom was inoperable with guests coming. Technician was courteous and didn’t give up on my difficult toilet back up. Went in through the toilet, that didn’t work so he snaked the shower that didn’t work finally got it unstuck by snaking the sink.Thanks. Will definitely use Hardy again!
One of the easiest and best experiences by far! From Amanda getting the ball rolling to Justin being able to come give me a quote the same day and identify the issue immediately. Not only was he able to come out same day, he was able to replace the water heater next day! He and Wayne were punctual and very efficient with their work. What I thought would be a couple hour job, only took +/- 90 min. Brought everything up to code along with a couple other things. Thank you for making this process so easy!
Can't say enough good things about Hardy Plumbing. Of the many plumbers I have used throughout the years, this company is by far the best. Wayne was professional, knowledgeable, and--going above and beyond--took the time and trouble to educate me on how to prevent and treat the same issue myself should it happen again. How many plumbers do that?!I will not hesitate to call them again the next time I need a plumber. And you shouldn't either!
I had water leaking in my basement so I called and Amanda got me an appointment in less than 5 minutes. The day of, I received updates from her for the ETA of when they would arrive. When Wayne came, he diagnosed the problem within 2 minutes. He explained to me what he was doing as he went along, and was done in less than 30 minutes. Extremely professional, nice, and joked with me the whole time. Absolutely would recommend Hardy Plumbing, they do a fantastic job.
From our initial contact with Amanda at Hardy, it was a great experience during a difficult time. Our 75+ year old home developed a pin-hole leak in the water main. Wayne came out later the same day I called to do an emergency repair and returned the following day for the permanent fix and to bring everything up to current building codes. He was friendly, efficient, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain each step. I highly recommend Hardy for their workmanship, staff, and very reasonable pricing.
