- Assess and repair residential plumbing systems. Manage multiple projects including long-term renovations and major installation.
- A company vehicle will be provided as well as essential tools. Exponential room for growth.
- Fixed daily salary in addition to a percentage of new jobs acquired.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot and repair pipe and pipeline systems
- Follow up on plumbing job leads and assess project requirements
- Evaluate residential job sites to identify potential plumbing issues
- Work with Master Plumber to determine work cost estimates
Qualifications:
- Experience with plumbing and license to work in MD
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Driver's license and ability to drive to and from job sites
- Troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Ability to communicate easily and efficiently with existing and potential clients
- Work alongside a licensed plumber and assist with plumbing renovation and repair.
- Hands-on experience and gain working hours needed for a possible plumbing license.
- Fixed daily salary and possible compensation for trade school.

- Work on-site under the supervision of a licensed plumber
- Demolition assistance for large-scale renovations
- Retrieving tools and supplies required for plumbing projects
- Job site preparation and clean up
- General help with plumbing installation and repair
Qualifications:
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Driver's license and ability to drive to and from job sites
- Attentive and willing to learn
- Prior trade or plumbing experience preferred but not required

We called Hardy Plumbing when our basement flooded from a washing machine waste line leak. Our "regular" plumber wouldn't even answer our call - and it was his failure to glue a pipe that caused the leak.
Amanda was able to schedule an appointment in two hours. When Wayne arrived he not only fixed that problem, but solved the slow drain issue that was a chronic problem. Wayne was efficient, personable, and even made friends with our puppy. The cost was extremely reasonable, and half what we expected to pay. I have a new plumber for my 1950's house. You will not regret switching to Hardy Plumbing. Old school customer service and expertise - such a winning combination!

These guys are pros. The water pressure at my residence was weak. Justin and his crew came out and replaced my waterline. From beginning to end, everyone was courteous, upfront, and transparent. I was informed at every step of the way and the work was done quickly and smoothly. If you're in the Rodgers Forge area and your water pressure sucks, call them.

Wayne and his team were superb! After my old water heater set on fire, they were quick to respond to my request and were able to do a remote estimate, saving tons of time. They made time for me less than a week after the fire and spoke knowledgeably about the problem and gave me several good options all priced reasonably. The install was much faster than I was expecting and they brought everything they needed and got it done. I can wholeheartedly endorse their work.

I’ve known Justin personally for many years years- needed a plumber last week for a leaking shower … the team was fantastic! A real person answered the phone and set up a timely appointment. Parts were ordered and came in ahead of schedule and they came out right away to install. Very polite and clean and paid attention to all the details…and reasonable pricing! Will definitely be calling again!

Been a top producing realtor in the Baltimore area for 23 years. When asked for a plumber rec, without hesitation, I tell them to use Hardy Plumbing. These same friends and clients remain using them as their “go to” plumbers. I called them this morning for my house in Christmas Eve. They came right out. Not only did they expertly make the quick repair but probably under charged me. They are local, family owned and truly the very best!

I got Hardy Plumbing to install a new water heater. They did a great job. The tech took the time at the end of the job to explain all the preventative maintenance things to do to extend the life of the tank. Highly recommended.

This recommendation is is so glowing it’s going to sound like they paid me, but they didn’t! This is the second time I’ve used Hardy plumbing and both times I’ve found them to be knowledgeable, gracious, and very affordable. Great work at a reasonable price, and they cleaned up after. Not one issue to report. A team of three worked on my repairs for a full day and it didn’t break the bank.

Happened to look for a local plumber urgently this morning and found great reviews for Hardy. Gave them a call, they were out to fix the problem in an hour! Wayne was extremely friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. Amanda quickly followed up after. Extremely glad I called them! Would definitely use them again!
