What the Hardy Helps Program Is

Some plumbing problems turn into health and safety issues fast, but not everyone has the funds to handle an emergency repair when it hits. The Hardy Helps Program exists for those situations. Once each quarter, Hardy Plumbing chooses one nominated household in our community and completes an urgent, health-related plumbing repair with up to $1,500 in parts and labor covered by our team.

  • For urgent health and safety issues: Repairs must impact hygiene, safety, or livability, not cosmetic upgrades or remodel work
  • For those facing financial hardship: This is for households that can’t afford the repair right now
  • Once per quarter: One nominated household is selected every quarter
  • Up to $1,500 covered: Parts and labor are covered up to $1,500 for the chosen repair

    Submit a nomination using the form on this page. Share who needs help, what plumbing issue they’re dealing with, and why the repair hasn’t been possible due to financial hardship.

    Submissions Are Reviewed

    After the submission period closes, nominations are reviewed with AI assistance to help organize entries and identify repeat nominations. Final selections are always made by the Hardy Plumbing team.

    The selected recipient is announced live so the community can see who is being helped and follow the process in real time.​​

    The Recipient Is Contacted

    We contact the selected nominee directly to confirm details and schedule the repair. If we’re unable to reach them, we move to the next selected nomination.

    The Repair Is Completed

    Hardy Plumbing completes the urgent, health-related repair with up to $1,500 in parts and labor covered. The repair is scheduled as quickly as possible based on urgency and availability.

    The Process Is Documented

    With permission, the repair is documented with photos so the community can see how the program is helping real neighbors in real situations.

Ever since we started, our goal at Hardy Plumbing has always been to take care of the community we serve, not just complete jobs.
